An “Authorized User” is: (i) any employee of the Organization, (ii) if the Organization is an educational institution, any student enrolled at such institution, (iii) if the Organization is or includes a library open to patrons not otherwise affiliated with the Organization, any such patron while on site at the Organization’s facility, using computers or Internet access belonging to the Organization, and/or (iv) any person having lawful access to an Internet Protocol (IP) address registered with the Press for this purpose.
