2009 ed. Covers the major theories, research, people, and issues in contemporary gender studies. This comprehensive, two-volume encyclopedia is distinguished by a cross-national/cross-cultural perspective that provides comparative analyses of the life experiences of men and women around the world.
From suffrage to the senate: an encyclopedia of American women in politics
2000 ed. A compendium of biographies of leading women in U.S. politics, past and present, and an examination of the wide range of women's movements.
International encyclopedia of marriage and family
2003 ed. Adopts an international, cross-cultural approach to such diverse topics in marriage and family issues such as adolescent parenthood, cohabitation, widowhood, domestic violence, and commuter marriages. American Memory Project : Womens History
American Memory provides free and open access to written and spoken words, sound recordings, still and moving images, prints, maps, and sheet music that document the American experience.
AP Images 
Coverage: 1840-present. The photo archive for the Associated Press has over 500, 000 images dating from 1844 to the present and covering a wide range of events and locations.
Human Ecology Historical Photographs
